Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY — AUGHTS

  • Aughts offers size exchange or store credit only — no refunds.

  • We offer one-time size exchange per order.
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances.

  • All eligible returns (if approved on a case-by-case basis) will be processed as store credit, valid for 1 year (until 12:00 PM IST on expiry date).


Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Damaged item or manufacturing defect

  • Size exchange request (one-time per order)

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — kindly email a clear photo to info@aughts.in within 24 hoursof receiving your order. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis.


Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and have all original tags attached.

  • You must email us within 1–2 days of receiving your order to be eligible for size exchange or return.

  • Items with stains, scents, or visible wear will not be accepted.

  • All exchanges are subject to verification by the Aughts team.


Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Email us at info@aughts.in within 2 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Choose your preferred return method:

Self-ship

  • Self-ship your item back to our warehouse in Ahmedabad.

  • Once your exchange is approved, a re-delivery fee of ₹125 (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities — charges may vary for other locations) will be charged before dispatch.

Pickup service + Delivery

  • Pickup arranged by Aughts.

  • A total shipping fee of ₹250 (Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities — charges may vary) will be charged before pickup.

Step 3: Processing Timelines:

  • Store credit issued within 3–4 business days after inspection.

  • Replacements dispatched within 2–4 business days after we receive your item.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items and items marked as ‘Final Sale’

  • Purchases made using store credit

  • International orders


Order Cancellations

Aughts reserves the right to cancel orders in case of:

  • Product unavailability

  • Inaccurate billing details

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Delivery constraints

  • Website errors
