SHIPPING POLICY — AUGHTS

Domestic Orders (India)

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping for all prepaid orders within India.

  • ₹150 flat fee on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Express shipping (available only for prepaid orders) is charged based on parcel weight. For express shipping requests, please email info@aughts.in — requests are subject to product availability.

Delivery Time Frame

  • Standard shipping: Orders dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities.

  • Express shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch (please email info@aughts.in to request).

  • If items are not readily available, shipment may take longer — customers will be notified via email.

  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately; tracking will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.

Service Delays
Aughts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or clearance issues. For updates, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
During sale periods or within 3 days of a new collection launch, delivery may be delayed by 2–5 business days(excluding weekends).
